Section 02

Billing & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis:

→Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
→Annual plans are billed once per year
→Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

→You will retain full access through the end of your current billing period
→No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

Refund Policy

All monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before day 7, you will never be billed. Your card is required to start the trial but will only be charged when the trial ends. We will send a reminder before your trial expires.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind our platform. If you are not satisfied for any reason within your first 30 days after your initial charge, contact us at support@peptidesgpt.com for a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your first billing date.

After 30 Days — All Sales Final

After the 30-day money back window, all sales are final and non-refundable, including:

→Subscription payments (monthly and annual)
→Subscription renewal charges
→One-time purchases
→Lifetime access purchases

Exception — Billing Errors

Outside of the 30-day window, we may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in limited circumstances, including:

Lifetime Access

Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails:

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
